POSITION TITLE : Director, Talent Solutions
REPORTS TO : Managing Director
LOCATION : Kansas City, MO
We are a small, multi-disciplinary team seeking individuals who can ensure the success of our new and existing employer partnerships and support our alumni to secure jobs in the tech sector. We are seeking talented, DEIB aware, and passionate entrepreneurial professionals to join our team.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
Per Scholas seeks a Manager / Sr. Mgr, Talent Solutions to ensure our graduates successfully attain mid-level technology positions after graduation. The Talent Solutions team coordinates with Per Scholas local and national resources to identify, develop and cultivate relationships with new and existing corporate employer partners to place successful graduates in jobs with them and create hiring pipelines for our graduates achieving an 80% job attainment target for each cohort. Additionally, the Manager / Sr. Mgr will also support recent graduates and alumni with career advisement such as finding, responding, and preparing for job interviews. as well as advising students 1 : 1 and in small groups on career advancement opportunities to ensure successful placement in relevant jobs in the technology sector.
WHAT YOU’LL DO : Employer Outreach
- Partner with the Director to build a pipeline of hiring employers with the goal of securing jobs for all graduates through both revenue generating and free-based placements
- Develop a strong network of local employers to support job placement of graduates and establish a voice in workforce development.
- Support the Director in pitch development, sector and occupational analysis, and prospect research to develop the employer pipeline.
- Conduct initial outreach to employers through a variety of prospecting tools including attending job fairs, networking events, and email and social media outreach

For this role specifically, we are targeting a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000, where the difference in salary is typically determined by several factors, including geography in which the selected candidate resides and alignment with qualifications and experience.
