What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Services Operations Specialist (Tier I) to join our dynamic team. This role supports our advisors in delivering exceptional service and fostering meaningful, one-on-one client relationships.Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be motivated, adaptable, and ready to contribute immediately. Key qualifications include:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as an operations or advisor assistant within a Registered Investment Advisory or Broker-Dealer firm.
- Licensing/Certifications: Current securities licenses (Series 65) are highly preferred. A CFP designation and experience with Schwab, Fidelity, and Orion are also desirable.
- Skills:
- Exceptional client service abilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with financial systems such as Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center, eMoney, Calendly, Wealthbox CRM, Orion, Microsoft 365, Laserfiche, and Adobe.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily contributions will make a direct impact on our team and clients. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting advisors in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Processing transactions such as new account setups, transfers, and form completions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Preparing reports and materials for client meetings.
- Delivering top-tier customer service by handling client requests (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, cashiering, and account updates).
- Maintaining organized, client-focused workflows to meet deadlines and uphold the firm’s service standards.
