About Our Client

We are working with a leading private equity growth firm looking to hire into their growing Miami-based team. This is a highly impressive firm with excellent returns and an established institutional and HNW investor base. You will be responsible for all tasks related to business development and fundraising, working directly with the senior sales professionals.

What the job involves

• Support senior IR team members based in London and Miami in build out of outreach to existing and prospective institutional and private client investors, principally in North and South America
• Ensure information on the investor base is comprehensively maintained in Salesforce
• Involvement in selected IR events planning and execution
• Design and iterate Salesforce reporting around LP outreach programme. Run Pipeline reporting (along with other members of the team), design dashboards to facilitate IR team workflows and external briefings
• Assist with investor Q&A, co-ordinating with the broader IR team as needed
• Compensation $85,000-100,000 plus bonus
  
  

Who we are looking for

• Experience in investor relations, events, and organising experiences
• Client support experience within private wealth management or a private investment firm
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills; language skills a plus but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Confident communicator with excellent people skills
• Right to work in the US essential
