Job Description :
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine. Always maintain adequate levels of clean tableware.
- Must have excellent communication skills, can stand for long periods, and can lift to 25 pounds.
- You have an eye for detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Keep the dish machine clean and make sure the wash cycle is sanitary and effective. Report any problems immediately.
- Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.
- Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment Must be a team player.
- Keep the dish room clean and organized, the kitchen floors and dining room hallways mopped and sanitized, and monitor sanitation buckets.
- Follow proper rules of hygiene and food safety measures.
Requirements :
Starting Salary is $18.50-$19 / hr.
About PERA :
We are an 83 acre Recreational Facility for SRP employees and their guests. PERA has been in business for more than 65 years. In 2019 we built a brand new facility that includes meetings rooms, an employee store, fitness center, a bar, and full service kitchen for catering events.
