Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking a Cleared Graphics Designer to join our team of proposal professionals who work together on business development opportunities in support some of the largest U.S. Federal agencies.
As a Graphics Designer, you will:
- Work with solution architects, technical experts, business development executives, and writers to create imagery for RFIs, white papers, and proposals.
- Create compelling cover art, oral presentations, posters, CD/DVD labels, infographics, network schematics, map designs, and other graphics.
- Be trained and mentored by a highly experienced proposal graphic design team.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience with BS/BA.
- 3 year of graphic design experience.
- Proficient with of Adobe Creative Suite and Cloud, and MS PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the print production process, printers, and plotters.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop complex graphic designs from text or verbal description.
- Portfolio available on request.
- Active Secret security clearance (TS and/or above desired).
- Ability to travel and be able to work out of both our Northern VA offices and Annapolis Junction, on an as needed basis.
Desired Qualifications
- BA or BS in Graphic Arts, Web Design, Fine Arts, or Communications Arts, or Certificate/Associates degree in Graphic Design.
- Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Project GANTT charts.
- 1 years of experience developing proposal graphics.
- Knowledge of an industry-leading proposal process (e.g., Shipley Associates).
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
