- Practical experience in information systems, Mission Command systems, Local Area Network, and or Cyber Security / Computer Network Defense administration
- Manages the training of personnel, planning, installation, administration, management, maintenance, operation, integration, servicing, securing and troubleshooting of information systems and services
- Develops policy recommendations and provides technical guidance on the management of Army, joint, intergovernmental, interagency, and multinational information systems and services
