Peraton has a great opportunity for an Integrated Master Scheduler in Chantilly, VA supporting an Intelligence Community (IC) customer.  At the heart of national security, we've been embedded into this cutting-edge program for nearly a decade. Skyfire is a Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Indications and Warning (I&W) system. Its purpose is to establish a repository of resident space objects (RSOs), find RSOs of interest, and provide data to ground operators. Located in Chantilly, VA, the Skyfire team uses: sensor modeling, and systems engineering expertise to deliver this world-class SDA I&W system. This position requires a minimum of an active TS clearance.

What you'll do:

The person in this role will work with program office stakeholders and partners to ensure quality inputs and baseline integrity aligning with government and company standards. The ideal candidate is a motivated team player who understands how to effectively and independently drive timely and accurate support of the IMS, using MS Project. We are seeking a critical thinker with expertise in scheduling best practices and compliance, able to make recommendations for alternative ways to view program information enabling program management decisions.

On-site work required for this position.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree and 10 years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; OR Master's degree and 6 years of experience. Four (4) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• 4 years of MS Project experience, preferably with a software or system engineering background.
• Experience working with Program leadership, Control Account Managers and Product Owners to identify project slack and dependencies, develop, analyze, and manage schedules that comply with a program’s Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW).
• Experience establishing and monitoring the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria.
• Experience applying data analytics skills to simplify technical requirements, establish metrics, and apply data visualization through different formats and tools.
• Experience with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) project management guideline to ensure qualitative and quantitative schedule evaluation.
• Must have experience in communicating with all levels of management.
• This position requires the candidate possess a minimum of Top Secret clearance with ability to upgrade to TS/SCI and pass a polygraph within 30 days of employment or at customers request- contract requires TS/SCI with poly. The candidate must maintain the clearance.

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira tool or equivalent tracking systems
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience working with Agile scrum teams, agile project management, agile software development, and/or software version control management.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, application planning, and deployment.

Target Salary Range

Salary : $135,000 - $216,000
