Responsibilities :
We are hiring a Chief Engineer / Technologist on our USSTRATCOM program in Bellevue, Nebraska for implementing and maintaining advanced information technology .
What you'll do :
- Work directly with senior level ITCC leadership and the USSTRATCOM customer to architect and implement new IT technology
- Apply comprehensive understanding of current and emerging IT technology to improve IT in the Command and Control Facility (C2F)
- Develop creative ways to implement cross functional teams and bridge gaps
- Develop innovative cost efficient solutions for customer service, cyber, engineering, and operations
- Collaborate with strategic industry partners to evaluate new products / capabilities, other Peraton program chief engineers / architects, and Peraton corporate to develop best practices to apply to the C2F IT
- Recommend Cloud and Agile DevSecOps strategies
- Create cost savings solutions for the customer by removing technical debt and consolidating systems / tools to benefit the warfighter
- Lead monthly innovation forums and meetings with strategic partners
- Deliver next generation technology white papers and technical training for the ITCC staff as well as the customer
Qualifications :
Minimum of 16 years of experience, may have management experience
