About The Role
Peraton is hiring a System Administrator Mid Level Associate who will perform daily admin tasks for multiple systems on the USSTRATCOM network for Command and Control Facility (C2F) warfighters. The individual must have proven high performing work experience in customer service and experience working in the complex C2F environment.

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

About The Role
Peraton is hiring a System Administrator Mid Level Associate who will perform daily admin tasks for multiple systems on the USSTRATCOM network for Command and Control Facility (C2F) warfighters. The individual must have proven high performing work experience in customer service and experience working in the complex C2F environment.
What you'll do:
- Maintain systems that support the Global Ops Center (GOC), Air Room, and C2F enclaves
- Assist in designing and upgrading systems to satisfy customer needs
- Install and admin HW/SW products to maintain system integrity and cyber
- Accountable to meet Service Level requirements for assigned systems/services
- Coordinate resolution of product/service issues
- Manage virtual and thick client equipment/services
- Diagnose problems and escalate unresolved issues or problems
- Provide alternative courses of action and analysis of alternatives as applicable
- Document problem resolutions completely and accurately
- Use Remedy/SNOW ticketing system to track work and for configuration management
- Be familiar with DoD Information Assurance Concepts/Process
0 years with BS/BA; 4 years of experience without a degree
- TS/SCI
- IAT-Level II certification 8570 (Sec ) within 180 days of start
- AV/VTC experience
