Responsibilities
Peraton is hiring for Scrum Master in Santa Clara, CA. This role has the ability to be hybrid.
Responsibilities Include :
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Coach team in Agile methodologies and Scrum best practices to foster self-organization, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Support the Product Owner in managing the product backlog, ensuring it is clear, prioritized, and ready for upcoming sprints.
- Work with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and challenges that are hindering progress.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage open communication between team members, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Track and report team progress and performance metrics using Agile tools (e.g. Azure Dedvops), and ensure the team meets agreed-upon goals and time-lines.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication of expectations and priorities.

66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
