Responsibilities
Peraton is seeking highly qualified Sr. Systems Analysts to fill multiple positions on for the upcoming Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3. Positions are located both CONUS/OCONUS at the SOCOM Headquarters at MacDill, AFB FL, and at the TSOC and Component locations in the United States and abroad.
The Sr. Systems Analyst will be working onsite in Eglin AFB, FL.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Analyzing systems hardware and software problems and developing technical solution.
- Translating user and systems requirements into functional technical specifications.
- Writing and maintaining detailed systems documentation, including user manuals and technical manuals.
- Acting as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and end user satisfaction.
- Applying hardware and software engineering expertise to lead application development and testing
- Analyzing the architecture and quality of hardware and software systems.
- Utilizing knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design concepts, design patterns, and data structures.
- Some positions may require working a non-standard work schedule to support customer requirements.

Qualifications
- A DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level is required.
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA or High School Diploma and 12 years of experience.
- Certifications:
- DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security CE, CCNA Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, or SSCP) required
- Additional vendor or specialty certifications (e.g., ITIL, AWS, Azure, Cisco, VMware, etc.) are a plus
- Technical Expertise in One or More Areas:
- Enterprise IT Operations & Maintenance
- Network & System Administration
- IT Service Management (ITSM) & ITIL Best Practices
- Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments)
- Cybersecurity & Risk Management Framework (RMF) Compliance
- Software & Systems Engineering
- Data Analysis & Performance Optimization

Target Salary Range
