Responsibilities
Systems Integrator - Project Manager
The systems integrator responsible for organizing, integrating multiple systems, applications, and technologies to create a cohesive and functional whole. The SI shall support the Sponsor in a breadth of activities to include:
- Develop regular status reporting for Department-level leadership to share with senior executives across the Sponsor's partners;
- Manage and track multiple meetings, capture-minutes, and support documentation reviews;
- Assist the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements;
- Compose and maintain correspondence documentation such as operating procedures and internal memorandums;
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing;
- Comfortable with technology and can grasp technical concepts quickly;
- Other ad-hoc tasking, as required.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Proactive self-starter able to support multiple efforts simultaneously and dynamically pivot priorities based on leadership guidance.
- Ability to understand and document technical concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Resourceful and capable of finding solutions to unforeseen issues.
- Ability to proactively engage and drive technology projects forward independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication {written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated field experience supporting the Sponsor and the mission.
- Cable writing experience.
- Prior experience supporting senior level management.
- Prior experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission.

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.EEO
