What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Delivery SME position at Peraton?
Peraton is looking for a Technical Delivery SME to support our Combatant and Command Programs in Omaha, NE.
What you'll do:
- Report directly to the PM
- Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Accountability to meeting all contract objectives
- Secondary POC to senior customers, the COR, and the KO
- Detailed direction for projects/finance/budget/contracts
- Technical understanding of work areas
- Active knowledge of emerging technologies
- Deliver high quality CDRLs on time
- Implement short/long-term strategic goals
- Coordinate with subcontractor leads
- Focus on healthy staffing and recruiting
- Help retain staff and develop employees
- Collaborate with senior corporate leads
- Define and enforce program policies
- Implement efficiencies and manage risk
Qualifications
What you'll need:
- 16 years’ experience
- Deep expertise supporting Enterprise IT environment
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Active PMP certification
- PMO experience on programs >$300M TCV
- Familiarity with DoD customers and/or Combatant & Command IT
- Strong presentation, teamwork, and communication skills
