Responsibilities
Peraton is currently seeking to hire an experienced Technical Writer / Account Manager to join our Federal Strategic Cyber program.
Location : Arlington, VA . Hybrid telework / remote work environment. Must be able to come on-site as needed.
Position Description :
- Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to scope the development efforts.
- Create and maintain documentation for a variety of processes and applications.
- Directly interface with vendors and externals to ascertain bigger pictures items for discussion with our Customer.
- Convey Customer requirements to external vendors.
- Act as POC for account management activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, user requests / feedback, etc..
- Will be responsible for creating / disabling / enabling / deleting user accounts per prescribed processes.
- Participate in the agile development and change management processes and software (e.g., JIRA).
- Produce and maintain software / change documentation (e.g., Gitlab, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Interface and work closely with customer stakeholders.
- Assist with developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation.

In addition, selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a favorably adjudicated DHS background investigation to start and for continued employment.
