Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Water Quality Control Technician to join our team at PERC Water Corporation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the successful operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment plants.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various equipment and systems, including pumps, valves, motors, and more, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of plant operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of major repairs and maintenance projects.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company safety policies.
Requirements:
- A current California Grade II Wastewater Certification is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a wastewater treatment setting.
- Valid CA driver's license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
