Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
