Job Summary:

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain data in company databases and software systems.
- Verify the accuracy of data entries and make corrections as needed.
- Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow data entry procedures and protocols to maintain data integrity.
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements or resolve inconsistencies.
- Generate reports and summaries as required by management.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data entry or office administration are a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
