Your attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills will help ensure that each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute events from start to finish, ensuring all elements are coordinated seamlessly.
- Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Research and select suitable venues based on the specific requirements of each event.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met by the team and external partners.
- Coordinate logistics, including catering, audio-visual equipment, seating arrangements, and transportation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role with a solid track record of successful events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
