Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of events from inception to execution
- Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure all needs are met
- Help manage event budgets and keep track of expenses
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including catering, audiovisual equipment, and seating arrangements
- Set up and break down event spaces, ensuring they meet company standards
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs according to plan
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field is preferred
