Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and taking messages for staff
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Managing the filing system and updating records as needed
- Preparing and editing documents, memos, and correspondence
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
- Ordering and stocking office supplies as necessary
- Performing general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Qualifications:
