Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize files, documents, and records
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documents
- Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

Qualifications:
