Boutique optometric private practice is seeking an office manager! We are looking for someone who's not afraid to lead, innovate and motivate. A love for independent, high quality eyewear is a must.
Job Descriptions:
1) Lead, manage and motivate staff
2) Human resource tasks
- Being a part of hiring and training staff
- Serve as a point of contact for staff concerns
- Delegate staff schedules
3) Being a primary contact for external vendors
4) Responsible for day-to-day operations including administrative and eye care tasks.
- Overseeing the facility’s day-to-day operations, including front desk activities and patient flow
- Supervising patient registration process, scheduling appointments, and resolving patient complaints
- Managing office’s budget with external vendor statements, billing and insurance claims
5) Working closely with the practice owners to ensure office is running smoothly and economically
Qualifications:
- 7 Years of experience in the eye care field
- Kind, friendly professional with outstanding verbal and written communication skills to provide high quality customer service and patient care.
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to do basic math
- Leader/Innovator
