What are the responsibilities and job description for the Access Control Project Manager position at Perceptive Recruiting, LLC?
Access Control Project Manager opening in with well-established Audio/Visual & Security organization in Greenville, SC. This is a great role for an Engineer or Technician with 5 years of experience installing and troubleshooting access control systems, card readers, and CCTV. Must have good customer facing personality and clean driving record to be considered.
*This is consultative engineering position. Your main responsibilities involve low voltage system design, building out work scope and BOM's, providing cost estimations, and helping the technicians with complex troubleshooting during the install if needed.*
Requirements:
- Ability to draft scope of work, provide estimates and proposals directly to customers
- Experience with low voltage systems design
- 5 years installing and troubleshooting both Analog and Digital CCTV systems
- Excellent understanding of Access Control Systems including card readers and other locking configurations
- Understanding of fire alarms, intercom systems, and network configurations (routing, switching, bandwidth and IP components).
- Ability to travel within a 3-hour radius of Greenville, SC with occasional overnight visits (2-3 days)
- Reliable vehicle and clean driving record (company pays for gas, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office
