This is a management of a 38-person facility where previous leadership is required. Plant runs Mon-Sat, first and second shift.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage 4 Supervisors in various departments such as manufacturing, shipping and warehouse / inventory
- Develop and maintain production schedules
- Monitor and improve performance metrics
- Handle disciplinary tasks and rewards
- Solve operational challenges and streamline processes
