In this role, you will be leading continuous improvement efforts for the plant's packing and assembly area. Must enjoy taking ownership and working both independently and in a team setting. ERP, data and excellent IT skills required!
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in an Engineering discipline
- Management of packing and assembly processes and people preferred
- 3 years of manufacturing floor experience
- Continuous improvement project work, data manipulation, and presentation skills
- Safety leadership is a plus!
