- Coordinate and integrate all Program-related work performed by different departments or groups
- Ensure alignment of activities to achieve program objectives effectively and efficiently
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan encompassing all projects and work deliverables related to the customer
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Consolidate and report program-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring seamless aggregation of performance metrics across the program and delivering cohesive reports for comprehensive end-to-end visibility
- Develop and monitor program budget and expenditures
- Perform Actual vs Budget variance analysis and forecast to completion analysis to identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Proactively address issues to minimize the impact on program delivery
- Lead problem-solving efforts to address challenges and obstacles encountered during program execution
- Establish and maintain program governance framework
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
- Provide regular updates on program status, milestones, and risks
- Workforce Planning: Assessing staffing needs for the program and ensuring adequate resources are available to meet project requirements
- Recruitment and Selection: Participating in the recruitment process by identifying skill requirements, interviewing candidates, and making hiring recommendations
- Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and facilitating skill development opportunities for program team members
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and supervising a team of Field Operators.
- Coordinate the maintenance schedule specific to a stragetic customer with the Ongoing Operations Manager to ensure adherence to the Percepto Maintenance Plan.
- Coordinate any necessary system repairs with Workshop technicians.
- Conduct check-in points with the Delivery team on deployment status and ensure proper handover upon completion of system deployment.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with schedules and client expectations.
- Safely conduct operations, adhering to FAA, other local aviation regulations, OSHA regulations, and customer-specific safety protocols.
- Maintain proper documentation of all work performed and timely provide status updates as required.
- Consolidate and report operations-specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop, manage, and track operational budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and maintain best practices for operational efficiency and excellence.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational processes and performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
- PMP or PgM certification is a must
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Program Manager in a customer-facing role, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale, multi-phase initiatives with budgets exceeding $10M; experience within the Utilities, Energy, Technology, or High-Tech Manufacturing industries is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including the ability to guide team members and influence stakeholders to drive progress and successfully complete work across the program.
