New agents at Perch are invoicing up to $10,000 in their first full month. With company provided hot leads, shorter sales cycles and no contracts, and a dedicated invoicing and collections team, you can ramp up as quickly as you'd like and develop a career that eclipses many real estate agents' income.

- Role Type: Remote w/availability to meet customers in-person & tour properties
- Office Location: 2301 W Anderson Ln., Austin, TX 78757 (use as needed)
Compensation:
- 100% Commission Based (Uncapped)
- Earn up to 90% Commission Split
- Hot Leads Provided
- No Monthly Brokerage, Desk, or Technology Fees
- Quarterly and Annual Performance Based Incentives
- Agents earn $65,000 to $145,000 annually
- Top Agents earn $100,000 annually

- Provide expedient search results and respect your customers' time
- Show a willingness to learn and continue improving
- Understand and adhere to Perch best practices
