The Technical Professional is responsible for the assigned engineering and technical deliverables and activities on ongoing projects. Responsible for collaboratively applying techniques and analysis within the discipline/project.

The Technical Professional is responsible for the assigned engineering and technical deliverables and activities on ongoing projects. Responsible for collaboratively applying techniques and analysis within the discipline/project.
- Input into the preparation and scheduling of an assigned scope of work.
- Working within discipline specific parameters and assigned responsibilities.
- Providing input for budgets, schedules, plans, and reporting on the status of deliverables and activities.
- Cooperating, collaborating and communicating with the Project Manager and other project participants to create more efficient project methods.
- Reviewing specific tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions as assigned.
- Following specifications as required for the project.
- Ensuring compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications as warranted.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred.
- Working toward a Professional Engineering license or Engineer in Training preferred.
- 0-5 years of field and/or project planning experience.
- Computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
- The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
- Ability to develop Project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
- Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
- Ability to comply with applicable laws and regulations and Company policies and procedures.
