Job Description:
The Project Coordinator position is primarily responsible for project coordination and support services for the Survey business line. Will also assist the CAD Manager and Project Manager in processing and QA/QC of all data and project deliverables. They assist with project estimating, tracking, research, and setup.
- QC project office and field work on daily basis.
- Provides field assistance and support periodically.
- Coordinates multiple projects at once.
- Assigns individual team members key responsibilities as needed.
- With Project Manager direction, coordinates activities of the team.
- Assists in developing and managing project schedule.
- Coordinates submittal efforts and quality reviews.
- Close-out project coordination and assistance as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
- HS diploma is required.
- 10 years' project experience required.
- A thorough understanding of the technical and financial issues involved in the project.
- A thorough understanding of safety precautions and laws related to the project.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
- Good troubleshooting abilities.
- Demonstrates the ability to make sound decisions promptly and propose alternative solutions in response to challenges.
- Must be well organized and systematic in working.
- Proficient with MS Word and advanced Excel skills required.
- Ability to work autonomously and to collaborate fully as a team player.
- Ability to pay close attention to details, and present good planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance as per work schedule agreed with manager (may require working an adjusted work schedule based on project assigned and work overtime if warranted).
