- Own a Project: Take ownership of a summer project—making key product, architecture, and implementation decisions.
- Collaborate & Learn: Partner with engineers, product managers, and designers to bring ideas to life.
- Deliver Impact: Work on scalable solutions from broadly defined problems and see your work in production.
- Dedicated Mentor: You’ll work 1:1 with an experienced engineer who will provide mentorship and support your growth.
- Real Ownership: Over 10 weeks (early June–mid August), you will choose and lead your own project—making key decisions along the way.
- Fully In-Person Experience: This is a full time, in office internship based at our beautiful New York City HQ in Soho, where you’ll work on-site five days a week. You’ll collaborate closely with our team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast paced environment.
- Showcase Your Work: At the end of the summer, present your project to our executive & engineering teams.
- Work on Real Features: Beyond your project, you’ll contribute to real features & bug fixes in a production environment.

- Passion for web applications, from the data layer to the front-end.
- Working familiarity with RDBMS storage systems and SQL.
- Experience with a web application framework (Express. js, Ruby/Rails, Django, Flask, or other).
- An understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
- Strong communication & problem-solving abilities.
- Excitement to learn, grow & build.
- Ruby on Rails experience.
- React experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills developed during your college experience.
