Percipience Home Care is preparing to launch, and we’re looking for a dedicated Scheduler to join our team in late April 2025. This role is essential in coordinating care services, ensuring clients receive high-quality, timely support from our caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and coordinate caregiver assignments based on client needs and staff availability.
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate last-minute changes or emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the care team to optimize staffing and enhance client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in home care scheduling, healthcare coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt to scheduling changes quickly.
- Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
