Job Summary :
The Home Care Services Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of our caregivers to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at problem-solving, and have a passion for supporting both clients and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, manage, and optimize caregiver schedules to ensure all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers to confirm schedules, address changes, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate last-minute changes, emergencies, or caregiver availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care plans, caregiver assignments, and scheduling details in the company’s software system.
- Collaborate with the care coordination team to ensure proper alignment of caregiver skills with client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client and caregiver inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Generate reports and analyze scheduling data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
- Assist with onboarding new caregivers and providing training on scheduling processes and tools.
