Responsibilities and Duties
Lease apartments at a large multifamily apartment complex
Greet potential residents and conduct property tours
Assist with marketing efforts, including social media posts, and online listening
Work as part of a high-performing team
Qualifications and Skills
1 year of leasing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license and daily access to a vehicle
Perks
Earn $20/hr base plus uncapped commission (avg of $16,000 yearly additional compensation)
Large property with 300 apartments to lease in 2025
4 weeks of PTO
