Responsibilities and Duties
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team

Provide feedback for improvement and guidance in defining career paths and professional development plans
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of experience in a maintenance supervisor role
EPA Universal/HVAC Certification
Previous affordable housing maintenance experience
