Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance operations across a property
- Lead and support a team of two maintenance technicians and one janitor
- Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and vendor coordination
- Perform hands-on maintenance repairs and participate in the on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as a building maintenance supervisor
- EPA Universal Certification
- High school diploma/GED, valid driver's license, and access to a vehicle
