Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure all properties meet guest-ready standards.
Oversee apartment turnovers, working with housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Perform inspections, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and manage furniture installations.
Drive and maintain company vehicles while managing inventory and supply distribution.
Handle guest-related concerns, including lockouts and last-minute service requests.
Lead and train team members to improve efficiency and quality.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to address operational needs.
Qualifications :
2 years of leadership experience in field operations or housekeeping management.
Hands-on experience with general maintenance and household repairs.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time-sensitive tasks.
Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and reporting.
Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
Availability to work weekends and holidays when needed.
Compensation & Benefits :
Base salary : $74,250 up to 15% performance bonus.
