Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform HVAC repairs, unit turns, and general maintenance at the property
- Complete work orders and service requests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
- Participate in on-call rotation every other week
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 years of property maintenance experience (apartment, hotel, senior living, or similar)
- EPA Universal Certification required; CPO preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Must pass background check (no felonies or violent misdemeanors) and drug screening (does not test for marijuana)
