Responsibilities and Duties
- Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues
- Work closely with a small team of maintenance techs
- Provide a high level of service and support to tenants
Qualifications and Skills
- 0.5 years of maintenance, handyman, or construction experience
- Active driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass comprehensive Background Check
- Available for a full-time schedule
- Ability to perform housing-related maintenance tasks
