Responsibilities and Duties
Resolve a wide range of work orders and maintenance-related issues
Work closely with a strong team of maintenance techs
Provide a high level of service and support to residents
Qualifications and Skills
3 years of building maintenance experience
HVAC/EPA Universal Certification
Available for a full-time schedule
