Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a 250-unit Project-Based Section 8 property near BMC
- Manage the renovation process that’s currently underway
- Work closely with a seasoned maintenance and leasing team
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of experience managing affordable housing property
- Willing to work in downtown Boston near Bosting Medical Center
- Excited to take on a challenging property
