Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee operations for two properties, driving occupancy and managing lease-ups
Work on-site 3-4 times per week to support and lead on-site teams and address challenges
Manage financials, including budgeting and expense management
Develop vendor relationships, manage renovations, and maintain compliance across the region
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of Regional Manager experience
Strong understanding of financials, RealPage experience preferred
