Responsibilities and Duties
- Take charge of a 600 unit multifamily property
- Lead a team of 7 technicians
- Oversee renovation and value add projects
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
- Active EPA Universal certification
- Previous experience working in a large Class C or D building
- High energy and drive to make an impact on operations
