Responsibilities and Duties
Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
Communicate job expectations, coach the service team, and monitor your team’s performance against company goals
Provide feedback for improvement and guidance in defining career paths and professional development plans
Qualifications and Skills
2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
Active EPA Universal certification
Previous experience working in a large Class C or D building
High energy and drive to make an impact on operations
