Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across four nearby properties (202 units total)
- Lead and support a team of two maintenance technicians and one janitor
- Handle work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and vendor coordination
- Participate in on-call rotation and perform hands-on repairs as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 2 years of residential building maintenance supervisor experience
- EPA Universal/HVAC Certification required
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Excel and digital tools
- High School Diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle
