Responsibilities And Duties
- Inspect up to 2,000 homes, focusing on roofs, under-homes, and interiors.
- Identify necessary repairs and, when possible, perform them directly.
- Coordinate with contractors and bring in additional resources for larger projects.
- Travel within a 2-hour radius of your home and stay on-site for several days as needed.
- 2 years of experience in building maintenance or home inspection.
- Ability to travel frequently, covering up to 50% of your time with approximately 40 inspections per week.
- Strong understanding of home repair and maintenance, with hands-on fixing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check.
