Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the financial and operational performance of a property portfolio
- Conduct regular site visits across the country and collaborate with on-the-ground teams
- Analyze property financials and support investment decisions using internal Excel templates
- Collaborate with acquisition and executive teams to drive portfolio growth and performance
Qualifications and Skills
- 5 years of asset management with a focus on student housing and/or multifamily
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office suite
- Ability to thrive in a small, agile team environment with overlapping responsibilities
- Willingness to travel ~5 days per month for site visits
