Position Responsibilities:
Support the legal department by
- Prepare Setting Notices, Judgments and Sales documents when required.
- Generate Dismissals, Non Suits and Release of Judgment when required.
- Track the litigation cost and send court cost letters when necessary.
- Maintain and update computer data bases. Maintain litigation documents in DocuWare.
Essential Skills and Experience 1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Data Entry experience with a focus on accuracy and speed, excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. General computer knowledge including, but not limited to the following: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and as part of a team, and proceed with objectives without supervision. Strong verbal and written skills including the style and formatting of letters. Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Bilingual a plus.
