Suit Preparers make all necessary attempts to collect accounts prior to litigation, including review of title work and probate to make sure all appropriate parties have been contacted and provided the opportunity to pay prior to the initiation of litigation. Suit Preparers are responsible for the creation of all supporting documentation to prepare for litigation and finding contact information and perform research on accounts, research lien holders, and requesting title work and probate as required.

Job Experience Requirements:

- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be able to work 37.50 hours per week, 8:30am - 5pm - Monday - Friday.
