Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the office: process mail, send emails, and perform other office support tasks.
- Assist legal staff with overflow work as needed.
- Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain and update computer databases to ensure accurate records.
- Store and manage litigation documents in DocuWare.
- Generate Non-Suits and Releases of Judgment as needed.
- Prepare Original Petitions and Citations when required.
- Track litigation costs and issue court cost letters when necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
- Prior experience in a legal or administrative role is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of office experience.
- Knowledge of office procedures and operation of office machines.
