Summary
This position will be responsible for performing quality control checks and maintaining the quality control program at the hatchery facility.
Compensation :
This position has a target wage of $18 - $20 per hour, based on shift, experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance). Overtime may be available.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs process audits. These audits include, but are not limited to : Inovo vaccination, box counts, vaccine preparation, hatchery BMP and poultry welfare. As well as general housekeeping of all areas of the hatchery.
- Performs routine temperature checks on incubation equipment as directed by management.
- Conducts routine moisture loss surveys and residue breakout analysis as directed by management.
- Trained as a backup vaccine mixer for both chick processing and transfer crew.
- Monitors chemical use, facility bio-security and facility sanitation both visually and by plating, daily, weekly, and monthly. Associate will also be responsible for filling chemical barrels, fogging the facility, and filling in on the line when needed.
